Low Carb Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:
1¼ cups full-fat coconut milk
⅓ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup ground flax seed
1 T collagen protein powder
¼ t monk fruit powder
½ t vanilla extract
½ t cinnamon, optional
Pour the coconut milk into the bowl of a slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients, and whisk until completely combined.
Cook on LOW for 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
