Salsa Verde Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 t sea salt
3 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup salsa verde

Evenly sprinkle the sea salt over the chicken.

Place the chicken in the slow cooker.

Pour the salsa verde over the chicken, and mix together.

Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours.

Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a cutting board or a bowl, and shred with 2 forks.

Add the chicken back into the slow cooker, and stir together with the salsa verde sauce.

Keep on LOW until ready to eat.
