Yummy Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Bananas can be a big no-no on a low-carb diet. This recipe uses only a small amount to keep the overall carb count low. If you don’t want to use banana, omit completely or substitute ½ cup frozen blueberries or strawberries (omit the peanut butter if using berries).
8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup unflavoured Greek yogurt
¾ scoop vanilla or chocolate-flavoured protein powder
¼ banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1 ½ tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
Crushed iced
Blend all ingredients in blender until banana and peanut butter have been completely combined. Serve in frosty glass and enjoy!
