How to Make Teriyaki Salmon

Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:
4 Two inch wide, one-inch thick salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
¼ cup of rice wine
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 teaspoon of lime juice
2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Turn on the high heat broiler. Wipe the bottom and edges of a glass (or heatproof) cooking dish with butter or oil so the salmon does not stick. Grab a large-medium sized bowl and place the salmon along with the rest of the ingredients and let marinate for about 20 minutes. Place the salmon skin-down into the cooking dish and pour ¾ of the marinade into the dish and on top of the fillets. Place in oven, pouring the rest of the sauce over the fillets every 2 mins until ready, (about 12 minutes).
